    I'm about to quit using carts completely

    Hi, As I still don't recieved my e-cigarette, I can't see. I saw a picture of a e-cig piezoelectric nebulizer ( atomizer ) but I don't understand how can this metallic triangle can atomize the liquid on the cotton, do you know ?
