You better get back here quicker this time, or, or...or I'll save money on new music and pout:p!

Look what I just played on the Lounge's tipsy -folks' game:

Got that album on your recommendation, and it's great. I'll take any others favorites from you, as well (not Iron Maiden:p)!

Hmph. Missed you on your first day back. I've even talked you and your taste up during your absence, so you'd best come on back soon, stranger!

So I've read five Carl Hiaasen books... You're a math wiz, these are your songs, and this is your second language?? But feeling superior to Floridians was the very only thing I had keeping my chin up:cry:...

Wow! I love your last song. Tell me the album to buy, and I'll hit up Amazon MP3 this second, and call it mine!!

Hey, Seebs, you left your last message on your visitor message page. Only read it cause I was snooping up on you. The internet turns us all into creeps in a sort of disturbing way:p. Hate to have laid on that heartsick. But it's bittersweet, so not all bad, I think. Do you have another pup, or are you still just carrying the torch?

Luna wasn't my first dog, but she was "my first" dog... I guess; what I mean is that I had dogs before her and as much as I loved them; this one just dug deep in my heart and never let go.

Just to give you a bit of perspective. I got Luna while in a relationship (had been with my ex for about four years when I got Luna) and as much as my ex grew to love Luna; they just weren't as tight as Luna and I were... Or as my ex and I were... Yup; when Luna was about one year old; I got an ultimatum from the ex and she made me choose between her and "the dog"... Take a wild guess as to who had to pack her crap and move out.

Ok... Enough of the rambling. :) I blame you for the "heartsick" I have on me right now. So you'd better post up some good tunes for me to listen to.

I work in an animal rescue/adoption center (and tutor over-privileged/under-educated kids in English), and have owed MANY dogs over the years, and Luna really is a stand-out. She lives on with you and, now, with me. See you back in the game;).

Born and raised in Colombia, South America... In what was considered the "most dangerous" city in the world at the time, Medellin. Served in my country's army in '90 and then moved to the US in '93. Been living in South Florida ever since, tried the mid-west for a few months (Ohio), but the damn winters were too much for my "sub-tropical self" so I came back south with the snowbirds. Worked for a very large corporation, as a financial analyst, for about 15 years and then my job got outsourced to Inidia... Been making a living tutoring over-privileged/under-educated kids for the last two years.
Money isn't as good as before, but nothing beats being my own boss.
Smoked a pack of "cowboy killers" a day for about 25 years; quit on a whim and have not gone back to analogues in about five weeks.
