Hi all just to let you know that it is 4weeks and 4days since I have smoked a normal ciggie good eh! have been sticking to the menthol flavour really good hope to be a complete non-smoker by the New Year. :D

Hi been using since the 21st Oct what a find:) have not even thought of having a ciggie. Must say tobacco tastes (like greyhound) prunes but I have got quite used to it, have now tried menthol which is great:) home, clothes hair everything smells much better.
