I sell the "Health" Cig, not as cheap as Deal Extreme, but my time is worth something as I test each one before they leave. It is true, the light never changes on a charge. I go 4 hours, except 8 on the initial charge. That seems to do it. To add liquid to the cartridge you just put the dropper...
