My 2 bottles of TW liquid didn't have child proof caps. Just a regular screw pippette type dropper cap.

They are worth a punt and I'm sure most cells, no matter what brand originate from overseas. Remember, batteries should never be left unattended whilst charging. I sit and watch mine charge for 10 hours lol. I also usually charge them at work in my workshop ;)
