    New M40x Cartridge Design?

Hmm... maybe the "smaller ones" are the ones I have? No clue. Will order again next month and find out.

    Damn analogs!! Why so addictive?

Maybe I'm a bit of a weirdo, but I found that hate wasn't needed for me to stay off my lovely Camel Turkish Gold (oh my, just saying the name makes me want one). I used a two point switch plan: 1) Stop buying cigs 3 days before my M401 kit/smoking liquid was to arrive. I was a pack-a-day...

    Finally, test results worth reading

Is it just me, or is this a specific claim of being an NRT? Sentences like this seem to be the singular bullwhip that unleashes the hounds of the FDA... perhaps TW would like to resubmit/update/amend that part of the report if possible?

    Fda crackdown looms

Here is a hopeful thought, however remote: The FDA may keep going overboard and complete 'tiff off so much of the population that they are slapped with a volley of lawsuits and get smacked around in high court. There is a couple of historical precedents for this. All those lawyers should be...

Has anyone heard about this semi-related recent FDA 'ban': FDA Declares Form of Vitamin B6 a Drug, Effectively Banning Pyridoxamine from Dietary Supplements by Mike Adams the Health Ranger Ouch. Seriously, I think something is generally wrong here. I still say tobacco companies can only...

That is what I was pointing out Tribble by calling legal cite. The Supreme Court (and lower courts) have repeatedly said "No, they are not" to the Police, FDA, and DEA in actual cases. They must be a device that delivers a "legally banned or controlled substance", nothing else. Not a drug...

Yeah, lol, it's not like our country's biggest retailer is completely stocked with items that are made in China... oh wait, never mind.

    Fda crackdown looms

Um, Mr Trouble, I was not referring to YOU. I was talking to the audience in general. Please do not see my comment as belittling or condescending, I was merely trying to inform. I'm sorry if it came out that way. Anyways, it is not a valid point. See the related court ruling and citations...

    Fda crackdown looms

Good point. For those that "think that the idea is ridiculous", consider this: Tobacco & PG (and 'tobacco tea suspended in a PG solution') is not a controlled or illegal substance. Do not compare our devices to "pot" paraphernalia please.[SIZE=2] It only weakens your case. Given the above...

    Fda crackdown looms

This tactic may end up getting the message and the messenger confused, which could end up disastrous to our cause. There are lots of things the Fox news bunch and Rush championed that never happened since many will appose anything they say merely on principal. Plus, the right wing already would...

    Fda crackdown looms

I would hazard that homegrown tobacco made into filter cigarettes (they have kits, google 'cigarette tubes') are still "safer" then store bought, chemically treated cigs. Randy's Tobacco Shop in Indianapolis, Indiana- Premium tobacco products at affordable prices for your enjoyment! Tubes But...

    Fda crackdown looms

Well, I think that the lawsuit itself would work, but the secondary effect of bringing this issue to a national stage and getting people to openly & seriously talk and debate it - that part would work and might be worth the effort.

Class action? The precedent being the recent successful suits against the tobacco companies? Not gonna work but a nice statement. I would sign my name on that. OK, I'm done ranting now. Someone else talk for awhile P.S. Anyone know of a US supplier that sells smoking liquid by the liter?

I completely disagree. When inner-city minority youth advocates write the power that be, do they say "Youz gonna fizzup deez B-bal courts or what holmes?" This is a good summary - http://www.ehow.com/how_4561907_of-united-states-of-america.html

    Fda crackdown looms

Well, I would say that the FDA has made up their mind already and we are definitely on their radar now. So 'laying low' isn't an option anymore methinks. I say we write letters. What could it possibly hurt now? DO NOT use slang when writing letters or talking to the press. I cannot repeat that...
