Finally got my Electronic Thumb finished. OCD Mods rocks. He had some trouble with the cerakote bonding to the filler primer I used to fill in the print lines but he fought through it.

Has anyone tried using RIT dye to color Scuplteo plastics? Just a thought but I have used it at work to color code plastic fittings and the dye penetrates pretty deep, I have never seen it wear off and it is vibrant. Might be worth trying on some of the scrap pieces like the connector ring. I...

You would need a dive circuit. The 10-60Hz 60-250V p-p signal would add some bulk and a lot of complexity.

Only thing i have glued in mine is the 3 tact switches and the inserts for bottom screws, which I have not used as it is easier to show people the internals and keep it clean. I may have just got lucky but after a few tweaks everything fits tight enough without glue.

Same here Kingdal, removed drip tip from bottle and using an o-ring. No leaking but when I first started using it the bottle came off the screw so air was leaking when I squeezed bottle and I had to push the bottle farther up the screw. One of these days I am going to order one of those 9ml...

Mine is the same as BigLungs. I made the hole in the bottle cap a little larger and twisted the cap over the tubing and feed screw.
