It's not like capsaicin or anything similar is in it. These things are totally mislabelled due to marketing. It's not even an oil in the traditional sense. The ingredients are listed and I've smoked it without any problems. I would bet my life this stuff is safe.
It doesn't have any 'warming' ingredient in it. The propylene glycol and glycerin does that job because of it's dessicant effect. I listed the ingredients. Where do you see any 'warming' ingredient? Hmmm?
My concern is whether the e-cigarette vaporises the Vitamin E using extreme heat rather than disperses it in an aerosol format. If the former, then I am concerned that it might oxidise the Vit E and thus renders it useless.
Not really. It's pretty much the same stuff used in e-liquid and cartridges except it has no nicotine and is used for a different application.

It hasn't affected performance at all. If anything, it's made my cigarette perform better. It's certainly no worse than some of the appalling home brew juice recipes I've seen going around.
The spiced apple is very good and so is the berry. It has a much 'truer' flavour than the stuff that comes in the cartridges. I find that the cartridges all taste the same and have that sugarcane-like aftertaste. The natural flavours in this give it a superb confectionary quality I haven't found...
