Many true DSE models have multi-colored LEDs. If it's flashing when it's not even connected to the atomizer, you may have a stuck or faulty switch.

The cases all have that design on them. They are shipped from Colorado. I don't have good photos of the inside, but they have a black velvet interior with custom slots for two batteries and one atomizer with cartridge attached. I honestly haven't seen any other cases specifically for the 901.
