I will do that i need to replace the fibers in the coil and i think if i use a eye shaped piece of steel wool to cover the bridge it will perform just as well as a new one
the first thing you need to do is find the right size screw just small enough to fit in the outer sleeve but not the inner.
line it up on the brass connector and press the connector and coil assembly to the end.
remove the bridge the press it all the way to the end
line up just the outer lip on...
ok i tore it down again and even replaced the mesh. I'm writing up a new guide with more pictures.the repaired atomizer is not as good as a new one but it works. I need to figure out what to use to replace the fibers that the nichrome is wrapped around.
i have had a busy week but after this weekend im going to take it back apart to replace the mesh. i will try to record the whole process or take step by step photo's.i may try to push out both parts the other way to lessen chance of tearing the insulation seal on the connector, if that works it...
i also found some extra fine steelwool at hobbylobby. I'm going to try to make a "I" shaped pattern to replace the old stuff
oh and dont go below 3 ohms(stock was 4 i did 2ish) i miss measured and burnt out the battery controller

first insert a small screwdriver into the hole in the center of the brass connector and gently rotate/pry the center out breaking the exposed solder...
