I had this happen to me with a Vivi Nova. I torqued it down just a touch too tight, and when I went to switch to a different juice I managed to unscrew the tank from the base. Dumped a good 2.5 ml of juice in the middle of a restaurant.

They were sold out by 4:00 p.m. *grumble*

I need this in my life.

On a side note, the gunmetal one looks really nice but a lot of people have been complaining about the finish picking up scratches. I highly recommend spending the extra $11 and getting the stainless steel model.
