I've tracked orders from EMS b4 that have been shipped to NYC and its never said "handed over to customs" before. Its possible customs seized your package for further inspection. Its possible they might not release your package as well because i've heard of customs seizing e-cig products and...

i also get from e-cig. it works well until u get that burnt taste... what is that awful burnt taste? i have to change carts everytime that happens... and i also have that same problem where i could only get 60-70 puffs out of it when the website promises around 120 for each cartridge

I've found myself a bit shy to vape in public even though whenever i do i usually don't get a negative reaction... just like most of you, after explaining what it is people tend to ease up on the "you can't smoke here" attitude... but at the same time i'm getting sick of explaining what it is...
