Hey everyone! I haven't been active on the site lately due to school, life and general hustle and bustle. I just wanted to let people know who are stopping by that I am running my .... off and, while I missed registration for the Portland Marathon, will be competing in the Run Like Hell Marathon this October! I still vape pretty much constantly and still have enough lung capacity to run, bike and swim everyday.......vaping rocks so much!
Thank you for post re quitting smoking. i have printed it for ref as I fight this battle.
