Received my indulgence with usb passthru. The indulgence works great. However, the usb passthru stopped working after 10 minutes. I have tried it on different PCs and with a usb wall adapter with no luck. Please advise.
    Thanks
    Re:Order #7581

    David,

I tried to contact customer service and could not get a response.
One of my indulgence that I ordered on order number 7581 has a bad switch.

I tried to ohm it out, could not get any continuity through the switch.

I think it might have been damaged in shipping due to the box was crushed.
I also had 2 801 atomizers that did not work.

Everything else in the order seems to be working great!!

I wanted to take a moment also to say, I think the indulgence is going to be a wonderful product for you.

As always you have superior customer service and have gained a loyal customer in me.

    Keep up the good work.

RE: Order 7648. david I have tried to contact you on the Eastmall.net website 3 times in the last 6 days but you have not responded. I don't like to flame anyone here but I am getting a bit upset that you chose to ignore my request for a reply to the problem.
I ordered a PCC Kit for a 510. The one you sent is not for a 510. I want what I paid for.

    Hi David,

I contacted Eastmall twice within the last 48 hours and received no response. I am concerned because you usually respond right away. I am having problems with order #4315. The 801 atomatic kit I ordered came with a mystery charger that does not fit 801 batteries. The lady pipe doesn't work at all. I ordered a silver 510 pcc and got a black one. I can live with that, but it takes 3 hours to charge a single battery. Is that normal?
    Hey,
My roommate bought the 801 starter kit from you and when it arrived one of the batteries wasn't working. You replaced it for him already, but we noticed that the original unit seemed to be an RN and the new battery was a true DSE 801. It seemed to be working well, I was just curious if you tend to carry true DSE801's or RN's. Did you change inventory recently? Thanks a bunch, your a great supplier, I was just curious.

    Nix
