I'm familiar with IR, I've built a few houses there. I've been thinking of a store for several years. Last year had a knock down, drag ot with cancer. Made me really think things over. I put many hours into building and it's hard work. Opening a store is very hard work as well, but less stress. There's room in the UP. Maybe if your family stars a store as well, we can share info.
