I'm trying to order a starter pack and its not letting me. When I pick the items to customize any starter pack, its adding them to the cart as individual items at full price and not as part of the package. I've already sent in a trouble ticket but gotten no reply and of course customer service is closed today while the 34% off sale is going on. Any suggestions?
Hi Chadley! I have been on both your mail lists for a very long time.
Since March of 2010 on the regular list, and on the friends list when
it started. For some reason, I am not getting ANY sale announcements
since more than a week ago. The postings on the forum suggest that
I have missed some of them. Please look into this for me.
