Bro Sorry, I also not sure. My parents are at home. Best part is u can track SUPER EASY, they show every step. When my mum collect, the tracking even got say "received by mum" when package has been signed. It was my first order also. You phone number will be on the DHL, sticker. So i guess they will call if if no pple. -
