ive got a contract with the post office to pick up large bulk mailings from corporations and places like that, i see usps going the way of contractors more and more, since they are having money problems too, its cheaper to pay a person (a contractor) to pick up mail and other mailing companies to machine the mail much like usps does on there own, they dont have to pay healthcare costs, insurance costs or your typical union wage, its a win win on both sides because contracts are worth good money.
