  • Allright. Moving up the ladder. You can try out for the Canes soon! I found moving up a level was not only more difficult physically (obviously) but mentally because things will move and develop faster. Gotta anticipate more. Good luck dude!
Thanks for your help! I feel comfortable enough ordering from Nhaler and going ahead with trying the iGo. I am sure I will like it a lot. Like you said it doesn't hurt to have more than one device so I still may get that GLV but I think it is a good idea for me to start with the iGo. I'll let you know how it goes when I get it.

    Thanks again...
    Hey,

I appreciate all your advice and I have seen your post on other threads. You seem to be an expert on this iGo and I was just wondering, is there ant chance of juice dripping on the battery and frying this iGo? I blew up 5 reg 808 batts before I could figure out what was going wrong. I'd hate to blow 70 bills and do the same thing. Also, do you have any idea of the warranty and experience with the customer service. I am so on the fence btwn the iGo and GLV. I read nothing but Great Stuff on the iGo! Plus cost wise it is considerably less although that wasn't important when I first started researching. I now see that GLV and other manufacturers are constantly creating new stuff. Originally I just wanted to get something that I would use for years but now I think maybe I should consider taking smaller steps as this technology is still so new. Anyway I would appreciate any advice you have.

    Thank you..........
My new cartos for Igo came--Drew sent me 3--great service. Anyway, I filled one up--the juice soaked right in and I am happily finally able to vape on my new pv. Just wanted you to know that yes, some of the cartos do have a problem, but it seems some of them are fine--hope the other 2 he sent are ok also.
Thanks Uba--so it sounds like GoGo cartos are having the same problem. Well, I just filled mine up--got 2 drags off before tasting weird. Definitely has a problem. My replacement was mailed on the 30th--if it has same problem, Drew will hear from me. I don't think I am talented enough or willing to try to repack them--for $3.00 a piece, they should come ready to go. Will let you know about the replacement.
Uba: I took a toothpick and poked the batting several times, then kinda stirred it up, pulling on it with the same toothpick. It has been vaping well ever since. So I think that the batting was just packed in there too tight. I usually don't mess with the filler at all but figured what the hell--wasn't doing me any good as it was. So far so good. Hope this is the end of my problem. Thanks for the input.
Thanks, Uba. I am really thinking it is the filler. I think it just does not absorb enough juice to keep vaping with a battery of this size. I believe it is a design flaw. I only hope that the next batch of cartos has been changed. I will probably contact Drew, but if no one else has contacted him, he will think the problem lies with me. But I have tried everything I know, and nothing works. Appreciate it if you let me know if you discover the problem when you dissect it.
Uba: I am having a problem with my Igo carto and wondered if you have any ideas that could help. I cannot get it to vape for more than 10 minutes before getting the off taste of it running dry. Also, when I fill it, the juice runs out of the bottom even if I use the qtip. I use the qtip and plug the bottom with a toothpick and pour in juice til it comes to the top of carto--the juice just sits there. If I drip it in, only get in about 20 drops or so and then it is full. Either way, the juice just vapes out really fast. I have started using reg. 808 cartos cause they last a long time on my Igo battery. I don't know what to do to fix this. Any suggestions? Been filling cartos for over 6 mo--I do know how to do it. I am totally mystified. Thanks for your input.
Way to be man. Gettin out on the ice always clears my head. It's a great release. That's the perfect medicine!
Just read about your Dog in that twisted beer-whatever thread Uba. Sorry to hear that. Had to do that to my dog 15 years ago and that was only due to old age. It's never easy. Hang in there and have a beer and a vape.
