I glued the switch first and then soldered it, but i have done it the other way before, not much difference.

It doesn't go through how to build it exactly since it wasn't a tutorial, but through out the thread, I posted my trials, tests, experiences for safety and results, not to forget assistance from kinabaloo. So if you haven't already, take a look see.
It's slightly larger than a janty I believe, by 1 or .5cm.
