Ultimately what is going to grow your business is referrals. Excellent customer service is key. After about 6 weeks you should see a spike in business as the friends and relatives of your customers start coming in on top of mall traffic. As long as you have a quality product and good customer service it should grow. We do not stop mall patrons. (we let them come to us) We do not use high pressure sales tactics either.
