Tamy, I don't have Fibro, I have its' cousin Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (a loose catch all for those like me is Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), Stage 3---the most severe form. Unlike Fibro, my burning and pain starts, but never stops. I have 2 Medtronic Electronic Stimulator implants to provide a tens-like electrical current that (over)stimulates the nerves that is SUPPOSED to lessen the burning/pain. It has spread from the arms, to the legs, the back and chest.(Jerry Lewis has what I have and has an implant in his back). So I take Lyrica & Neurontin and Mexilitine and other stuff to "trick" the nerves and numb the pain (yeah, right). So I guess my point is, would I be allowed to join even though we are only " Cousins"? Please post me back and let me know. Thanks.
