If you find it cheaper, buy it from the cheaper place, I was buying flavor art which is a good deal there. Perfumers apprentice has a different price scale. I will say that 30 ml is a ton of flavoring. That looks like a great deal. And buying direct from the manufacture is always a good idea where economically feasible.
Also, stop in the gotvapes prize thread, they have huge christmas prize contest packages. All you have to do is pick numbers off the spread sheet.

Yep. That is it exactly. Remember how I said the 100 mg/ml we can buy is already diluted from the almost 1000 mg/ml that pure nicotine is? This is for safer handling. 100 mg/ml nicotine is still extremely dangerous, so all safety precautions must be taken. Well, the only things vapable you can really dilute with ARE PG and VG. But since you don't want to vape 100 mg/ml, then you would need to dilute it further. You decide on PG or VG based on what ratios you prefer. When I was doing 80% VG, I bought VG based nic and then used both PG and VG to dilute it. Now that I am more along 80% PG, I buy PG based nic. I also prefer PG based nic because I think it is easier to mix with and I feel there is less likely to be manufacturer error with it. But that is personal preference. Some companies you can buy PG/VG blended nic base, but I think that makes it harder to do calculations, so I don't do it that way.
Because, most of us have unflavored nic that is too strong to vape alone. I couldn't vape 100 mg/ml nicotine, but I buy it because it is cheaper that way. Also, with the vg & pg, you can vary nicotine strengths, say you want to vape 30 mg/ml in the morning and night but around noon you are satisfied with 12. With the extra vg & pg you can do that.
Well, I'm a little bit shy in new situations as it is, and this can be a tough place to be 'new'.
The majority of the people here are very kind and helpful, but there are still those few who seem quite arrogant about having been here first, and they can be a bit harsh and intimidating when a new person is just voicing an honest opinion, or trying to wade through the oceans of fresh information.

For good quality extra strong nic there are IMO three places: myfreedomsmokes (which is the vendor I used for the nic I sent you), Xtremevaping, and rts. For flavorings, I usually use onestopdiy shop for convenience. There are really only a few different brands of diy flavorings and what varies there is price. If tobacco is what you are going for though your best bet is either liberty flights (who I have ordered from) or pure vapes who I almost did. pure vapes has smaller bottles of the flavor art tobacco and a slightly cheaper price if you order everyone of them. Liberty flights has slightly larger bottles with slightly higher price, but they offer a discount off next order for every review you write. Pg and vg I buy wherever it is cheapest, from vendors here, the local pharmacy, amazon, wherever. The pg and vg that I used were both from liberty. Some people say they can taste a difference between brands but I can't.
Great, man that was fast! Really you need nothing. You can vape it unflavored as is. Out you can dilute a flavored juice that is too much. If it is too strong feeling nicotine wise, you can get pg from the pharmacy to dilute concentration. Alchohol like everclear can be used for the crystals. Good luck!
Because people are not terribly specific and confuse terms of volume and mass with %. Also, the highest mg/ml we are allowed to discuss here on ECF is 100mg/ml. Yes, you are right, 100 would only be 10%. That's why unlike % of flavorings, we don't talk about% of nic, because everyone bases could be different. -
