I ordered a volt starter kit before i made an account on smokelessimage.com so i never got my tracking number but i made one shortly after and placed an order of cartos the next day. i received my order of cartos but not my starter kit which i ordered a day earlier. my order #100018178. thank you and any help is appreciated.

I'm new to the group. I don't want you to do anything about this until you are home, but it was such a large shortage I wanted to let you know as well as putting in a support ticket yesterday. I received my order yesterday. I only received the 5 packs of blank carts. I did not receive the 5 packs of Cherry carts, 3 usb chargers or the manuel purple and blue batteries. Just feel better about reporting this sooner than later. Thank you.
