  The peppery taste could be from the nicotine you're using. Some nicotine liquid tastes peppery. I let all my tobacco juices steep at least a week. 2 is even better.

  That blows pretty hard it got lost. . . what a waste! What did the tracking status say? I think if you didn't receive it and the tracking says so, its on the seller to replace it for free.
