I found that a 18gauge needled syringe works much better than the smaller needle they supply with the clearomizers, and take note that their syringe is sold separately. Also, be sure to understand that these are desposible accessories just like cartomizers, so they will quit on you in varying lengths of time. I've only had one so far that I've had to draw my liquid back out and toss, but still much easier than saving your juice out of a dead cartomizer.
