. I was told to talk to Anna about it and have her number. We're looking to do it once a month on either Monday or Tuesday. The goal is to get an ongoing reservation and for us to just be able to show up once a month on the specified date. We were told that if there's 20+ and we're eating and drinking then it's free to rent the upstairs. We won't have 20 people right off the bat but our selling point is that we'd be bringing in at least 10 people at first (it will grow each month) on one of their slowest days. It's guaranteed excellent business for one of their slow nights. We want to book from 5-9 and the plan is to tell her we won't put in food orders past 8:30 and will leave at 9 on the dot or 5 to if they like. Anything to make it easier on their closers
