As an update, somebody at ukvapers forum got me contact details for a few EU sites stocking Halo at decent prices.
I have just ordered from this Irish one:

Seems like they have the full range (and curiously 30ml will cost pretty much the same than buying the equivalent in 7m bottles)
3,50 Euro delivery to UK.
