Sorry this took so long. You can order the 510 starter kit from a zillion sites online. BUT I would look in the suppliers list for ECF because I would trust them first. I suggest the Joye510 because my generic 510 does have its faults, like a funky charger. Anyway, checking the sites from the ECF suppliers is what I am doing now because I want to refill my ProSmokes with liquid I buy by the bottle instead of only using pre-filled cartridges.
ProSmoke case - you buy it separately on their site, but mine has earned its keep. I'm actually using it for my 510 and put my ProSmoke parts in a zipper bag from Walgreens until I can buy another. The case I saw for the 510 wastes space with unevenly sized slots whereas the one from ProSmoke has a row of same size slots for you to take your e-cig apart and arrange the way you want.
