I'm not sure what the Caramel Cappuccino tastes like exactly, but it makes me think of vomit. I recently, finally tried RY4 (by 2 different vendors) and really hated it. So, I guess I just don't like Caramel flavoring. But, like salt, I can probably use it in minute amounts to bring out other flavors still.
The Tiramisu is yummy. It's more along the lines of Caramel Macchiato, but less sweet and stronger coffee flavor - very yummy.
So far, I tested all the flavors by putting 2 drops into 2ml of my unflavored, just to get an idea of what each flavor tasted like alone.
After tasting all the flavors, I mixed a 5% Tiramisu batch and a 5% Tiramisu plus 5% Vanilla Bean Ice Cream batch. The Tiramisu was good. The Tiramisu + VBIC was too sweet and not enough Tiramisu flavor to it.
Most recently I mixed up 7.5% Tiramisu + 2.5% VBIC. Just getting ready to try it.
