My main concern is my atties as I only have 2 in stock. I am getting frustrated in the ... market on e-cigs as I cannot understand most of the language. My credit card was also rejected because according to the bank, I should have at least 6 months of stay here in Japan. So I cannot order overseas....
Do you happen to know a shop nearby where I could purchase atties by going to their shop?
OR
A shop where I could pay at conbini's like in rakuten.
If not, I may have to resolve in borrowing my friends Credit card and pay to him directly.
Where do you order your atties online? And how long before you receive them?
