Hello Shoga, I am new to vaping and just discovered your blog. I've been here 4 weeks and am still somewhat overwhelmed by the scope of ECF so I'm hoping your posts (blogs?) will be a big help. I think I subscribed to your blog but I'm not sure. I am 62 and still a beginner to this kind of stuff so please bear with me. Will I be notified of your posts? Do you have time to answer individual questions ? Thank you.

Oh you are welcome and when i post it i WILL use those pics and i will give you the url ....love it as always your stuff is great ! I make posts up with music and pics different all the time and people bring their own too and we get olld young everyone in between we have those who love this and some who love Bach or Rock you get my point ? ha..just a little of everything..so i want to post this when i know certain people who will really enjoy will be coming...take good care..hey you Rock too!

I don't give you advice on barrocco, witch I love since i grew up in Italy and we suck it up with spaghetti from chilhood on, because it's wildly known.
If you like some above i can suggest tons of rare groups beeing a music lover myself but without any talent to play anything...

I have 27 years of heavy smoking under my belt, I would be veeeery happy if I can just stick to vaping, btw it's a great hobby with all the toys and gadgets, reminds me of my pipe smocking days. Now that is expensive (pipes I mean)!!!
But if you can quit it all it is a smart move for sure!

Yeah, the 5 monthiversary is cool. At 1 year I am slowly going to wean myself off of nicotine. My logic behind this is that I need a year to fully get away from smoking. I am not going to lie to you, I have 1 cigarette left from my last pack and I often think about smoking it just cuz. When that feeling goes away I am ready to lower my nicotine to 0 mg slowly and then quit vaping altogether. Despite what these CASAA members would have you think I do believe quite strongly that nicotine is bad for you and that you are better off being a non-smoker and a non-vaper.
