  So So .... We have the disc spring switches done. The problem is, I highly doubt most people would be able to apply the needed pressure to activate! 4-5 lbs. of pressure are needed on that disc spring .... haha .... We have one in the works that is now much like yours. We had to make a few tweeks (Contact ring being pressed within the switch to isolate) and a couple other things, but it looks promising! I really appreciate your help bud! Now, its time to find that perfect spring .... haha

  I do hope my post wasnt pollution I can remove it if so. I just wanted to show i also support your idea, and would be working to get things organized on my end. could post them individually if needed.
  
  Its android, not iphone. Once I get it set up the way I like I will check into windows mobile, should translate alright but i cant be sure. There's a lot of specifics in the android SDK which might not have alternates on winmo.
