Not only is his e-liquid extremely good, products also good, but he is FRIENDLY and when something goes wrong with one of his products, he stands behind it. I never worry about placing a large $$$ purchase with him because I know he will not send me packing if one of the products is DOA or not up to snuff; he will replace it or give me a refund or store credit right away with NO HASSLE.
