I missed you this past weekend!!!! How is your back doing, is it better? I do hope you are feeling much better, I do know how it can feel, because at the moment I'm dealing with 9 spinal problems, so I have chronic back pain 24/7. The best thing i've found for back pain besides regular meds, is the good ole heating pad!! Also another thing that works real well is a heat stick similar to a deodorant stick and you can get it at the dollar store. You first put the stick donn the painful parts, then used the heating pad. Worrks wonders!!! Take care you sweet angel and have a Wonderful Afternoon!!!!!!!
