Hi Rob, I visit Alt Smoke in Columbus and so love the fact that you have a store front here. Love your products and have taken my entire family and their families there many times. However I have an insurance program you really need to listen to. It is for small business owners who now are mandated to offer insurance to their employees. BUT it is the first company I have heard of that rules ecigs as a NON tobacco product. I do not do this my daughter does but I have been a vaping since 2009 and paying the higher premiums through my employer so this issue is close to my heart. IM me for more information....you really should listen to it at least.

Ok - so I know this is going to sound really weird, but I grew up in NP and I happened to stumble across one of your posts and saw your location. Though I'm currently living out west, I just had to give props to a fellow T-County peep. It's funny, as much as I love it out here, T-County is always the first place I think of when I think of home.

You sent me a battery to replace one I thought wasn't working. I think it must have been user error because I tried charging it again and it works now. I want to pay you for the replacement battery. How should I go about doing that?
