I noticed in one of your post that there was what looked like a Custom Knife hanging on the shelf behind you. If so, Who's the Maker.? I guess I know about all of them that have any reputation at all. I've been doing it for 35 years now.
I build the Lovett-Loveless Connection Knives.
I've been taking a good look at the Chuck's. They look damed good. Using a EGO with the XL Addy and cart at the moment. A little more hit wouldnt' hurt my feelings though. After 40 years at 2.5 packs a day, I like my smoke thick and stout!
