it's made in Australia by a modder named Eric. I love them so much I've bought 3. They're a variable wattage device from 2.0-16.0 watts in 0.1 increments. They're available in dual 18490 or dual 18650. Stainless base and body with a delrin top, check out the thread I've linked below. They are expensive and fairly limited, but there's one available at the moment I think. Cheers, Adam.
