Five weeks ago today. The only physical therapy I've been advised of is "walk until you can't stand it" and that I can go swimming. I still haven't went swimming, aiming for next week sometime....after the weekenders leave the lake.
Thanks for the 'just be kind' reminder and for the after surgery wisdom and encouragement!
