Hi Rob! A couple of quick questions, if I may...
1) Is it safe to leave a battery in the PCC while it's plugged into the USB port on my computer? It would be nice to be able to charge both bats at the same time...
2) The first, 24 mg cherry cart I pulled out of the extra juice pack I bought is not working at all. I imagine you get a bad cart or two every once in awhile... can I get a replacement cart for it on my next order?
3) There's about a 90% chance I'll order a KR808d-1 USB passthru this Friday. I would like to know how long the cord is because my computer is under my desk and I'm thinking 3' would be good...
4) And could you please send more cards this next order? I don't know if you saw my thread here, but I work with a large amount of people, and I'm sure I can get you some orders, what with the holidays coming up and all... 10 or 12 would be nice...
