Yeah, just looked at you pic in the show your mod thread, you still have the kick ring on just underneath the head of the Nemi. take the head off, then grab the ring from the inside and outside of the ring, and unscrew it. Now you should be able to use your battery without extending the switch pin. If the switch pin is not tight, it can back out and fire your mech.
