J - I've written to you on your PayPal email - please check it! I can't send or receive PM's! ECF made an error and charged me for my membership
twice - then when I called it to their attention, they made an even worse error, refunded BOTH charges and cancelled my supporting membership! I've written and asked for help multiple times and no one fixes it.
My subscription is gone and I'm incapacitated.
I can't send or receive PMs - I'm madly deleting PMs but I don't know how many I have to delete and I don't want to lose valuable exchanges of information! Basically everything's shut down and I'm desperately trying to reach you so you won't worry. Please know I have been trying to fix this for a week!
