I have a pure bread beagle, beagle/jack Russell and a pure bread Bloodhound. Beagles hunt but Bloodhound is the only dog that can't smell his own sent so he has to be leashed at all times or he will follow his nose and can't make it back. CHEERS!
Your avatar rocks. Do you hunt with dogs as gorgeous as that one? It's what they're made for, after all - at least that's what ours tells us whenever he smells a rabbit.
