Awesome thanks so much. Knowing there is venting on the bottom has me sold. I was worried they did away with it to make it waterproof. I appreciate the reply, you have helped me so much.

It's not really waterproof but water resistant, meaning water will not go inside the internal circuits if water happened to be splashed on it(battery door, 510 connection). There are 27 little holes on the bottom next to the micro usb port. I suppose if water got through the bottom, it'd probably ruin the mod. -
