Seriously? lol. How does the hat protect your brain waves? Hehe. I think if anything, a tin foil hat protects your brain waves from wifi, microwave frequencies, and radio frequencies.
Plus, the government can read peoples thoughts. I read an article about how the government developed technology to translate your brain waves, into thought patterns, and that's how they can read your thoughts. I truly believe the government wants to take all our rights away.
