There are no batteries that vapers use with a continuous rating over 30A. There are no 3000mAh batteries vapers use with a continuous rating over 20A.
She might have a degree in electrical enginering but they do not teach battery science and testing as part of getting that degree. She probably did what so many do, confuse a battery rating with a battery capability.
Like any 15A or higher battery, the Efan can run at 40A. But that does not mean the battery can be rated at 40A. If it could then the 25R, HE2, HE4, VTC5, HG2, and 30Q could be rated at 40A.
