What do the blue LED Lights of xtar MC2 PLUS Micro USB Li-ion Battery Charger Indicative of? Been looking everywhere for an answer.

There is an explanation for the screen meaning on the MC2 PLUS manual. Blue light flashing: charging/activating. Full lighting: fully charged. Full lighting and flashing: polarity reversed/short circuit.
