Thank you for thinking of me and my Ducati. I am hanging in there (though have lost 25lbs I could not afford to lose to begin with and I have 2 huge ulcers they just diagnosed) but....I still miss my furry soul-mate terribly.
There is not an hour that goes by where I don't think of him and I still cry a lot....the ache is just so overwhelming and raw. Ducati was just so special and such a goffy boy with so, so many endearing quirks. He made me laugh & smile all the time. It still amazes me how much in our home & life was geared around him. I was so blessed having had him in my life and I will always be grateful.

Losing him like I did, so out of the blue and unexpected, is literally sapping the life out of me. He was my constant companion & buddy, where I went or whatever I was doing he was right there with me and now it is just empty. Plus the guilt that I sent him off to surgery is weighing heavily also.
