I read through a thread (2010) where posted that you were trying to get the perfect mixture (DIY Liquids) which gives good vapor AND throat hit, along with flavors that stand out. You had tried 4% water and weren't happy with the results. It's been a while since your post. Did you come up with a good recipe? There are so many variations in the Forum. You sounded like you weren't going to quit til you got it right. So, what's the perfect recipe?
