    It sounds as though the tank cap hole is either to small or the spike that pierces it has become deformed. If you find the spike is fine, I'd try a new cap and once inserted spin it 360 degrees and see if that helps with the cap sticking.

    I'm glad you got it sorted out. I just got my ego-t kit today and am having a blast vaping with it. I spent the last two weeks researching it, just so I don't something wrong and end up end up ditching the tank for cartos like so many people I've read about have. Happy vaping!
